Transactions

Payment provider Stripe is responsible for the processing of transactions via this website. On transactions, Stripe charges transaction fees to Youth for Christ Austria. Youth for Christ Austria is not responsible for the services provided by Stripe. The Stripe service enables us to accept donations. Stripe assumes no liability for any products and / or services purchased through the use of the Payment Module. When providing the Payment Services, Stripe acts as technical service provider for the Financial Institution providing the final Payment Service under this agreement. Stripe uses personal data to process transactions and in this respect personal data will be shared with Stripe. Before entering into the transaction, Donors give (explicit) permission as referred to in the applicable privacy legislation.

Donations

Service provider Donorbox is responsible for the processing of donations via this website. On donations, Donorbox charges a platform fee and possible subscription fees to Youth for Christ Austria. Youth for Christ Austria is not responsible for the services provided by Donorbox. Donorbox enables us to accept donations. Donorbox uses personal data to process donations and in this respect personal data will be shared with Donorbox. Before entering into the transaction, Donors give (explicit) permission as referred to in the applicable privacy legislation.

Personal data

All data relating to natural persons (“personal data”) contained in the electronic correspondence with the Youth for Christ Austria website are treated with the greatest possible care. Youth for Christ Austria adheres to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the Privacy Statement. Youth for Christ Austria is considered, at all times, as the “controller” in the sense of Article 4(f) of the GDPR. Youth for Christ Austria has full access to your data. Your data will not be transmitted or made available for inspection by third parties, unless Youth for Christ Austria is obliged to do so on the basis of a legal provision, a judicial decision or an official order.
